We are situated in the heart of the valley, with the Pinnacle and the majestic Serra Range towering above.  The Grampians National Park adjoins our western boundary.  The property commands stunning views in all directions, with natural creeks, grasslands and wetlands attracting an astonishing passing parade of kangaroos, emus and deer.  The Valley is home to a wide range of native birdlife.  Get to know the local cockatoos, corellas, crimson rosellas, blue wrens, wattlebirds, magpies, mountain ducks and many more.  Share your breakfast with the sulphur crested cockatoos at your outdoor setting.

  • We went for a bit over a week and the lodge was well appointed, it had all the comforts of home set in amongst the Grampians… the fire pit at the door came in handy for toasting marshmallows with the kids and also a few drinks around it as well….the wildlife was amazing my daughter name one of the emus that visited us daily for little treats of bread and carrots.  She named him/her Pecky….I definitely will recommend this place to people I know…and we will be back sometime in the future 🙂

  • Beautiful Location, Views, Staff – The Best Halls Gap has to Offer

  • For us, as animal lovers, the clincher was the abundance of wildlife that frequent the property. Each morning we were visited by an emu that came right to the door, and there were generally emus, kangaroos, blue wrens, cockatoos and other birdlife within a few metres of our cabin which kept us enthralled.
